Grant Research:

NJC will research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with your organization's mission and current funding needs.

 

Proposal Critique and Review:

Has a staff member or volunteer already written the grant proposal? NJC will provide a second opinion by reviewing, editing, and offering feedback.

 

Grant Reporting:

All grant money used must be tracked, recorded and submitted to the grantee organization. NJC will manage this process with assistance from your staff.

Proposal Writing:

Whether you already have a grant in mind, or NJC has researched and found a match, we will complete the grant application, with assistance from your staff as needed.

 

Letters of Inquiry (LOI):

NJC will write letters of inquiry as required by grant application. Typically a 1-2 page summary of the grant proposal submitted prior to the grant application.

 

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Most grants awarded require a certain level of monitoring and evaluation to ensure that funding was successfully and sustainably used. NJC will support the monitoring and evaluation process.

 

Creating a Grant/Reporting Timeline:

NJC will create a grants and grant reporting timeline based on the grants currently being received by your organization and/or the researched potential opportunities. This timeline will offer  a plan, assist in communication, and provide projected funding potential. 

 

Other

One-on-one staff training related to grant writing and grant management; Annual grant assessment; Collaborative grants; Attending partnering organization and/or funder meetings; Attend board meetings; Working with staff to implement data tracking.


Pricing

All services are priced at an hourly rate, with sliding scale available. Please contact for a free quote. Depending on the the services requested, a non-refundable deposit may be required. In such case, the deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of services. Client will receive itemized invoice when services are complete. Completion date is determined in contract agreement.
